Waterway health — Ecological

This dataset was derived from the Local Waterway Health Assessment and Evaluation (LWHA) program, Brisbane City Council monitors 13 aquatic assets (including fish, macrophytes, turtles, platypus, riparian habitat, waterholes & Moreton Bay) and water quality within the Council’s catchments. In 2012-13 Council, migrated to an asset based approach to monitoring of the waterways. The resources represented is the consolidation of the LWHA biotic and abiotic data since 2006. The monitoring of the aquatic assets is conducted with current technologies and procedures.
