Ferry Monitoring

This API (application programming interface) returns data for Brisbane City Council ferries in a JSON file in SIRI (Service Interface for Real Time Information) format about the schedule and actual service status of the specified stop. The information includes;

  • Services running through the specified stop
  • The scheduled arrival time of each service
  • The expected arrival time of ferries servicing the stop based on current real time location.

You must be a registered user to access the resources of this dataset.

Note: The endpoint used to access the ferry monitoring API will be updated Thursday 18 February 2021 AEST. Please check the resource in this dataset called, Ferry Monitoring — Developers Guide — DOCX for the new endpoint.
