Brisbane City Plan 2014 — Heritage overlay

The Heritage overlay identifies sites that have either local or state heritage values. These sites determine the assessment of suitable development that can take place on or adjoining these sites to ensure the cultural heritage or Indigenous cultural values of a place or area are not compromised. This assessment also applies when determining compatible development for the re-use of a heritage place or area.
