Brisbane City Plan 2014 — Biodiversity areas overlay

Brisbane City Plan 2014 is Brisbane City Council's plan for the future development of Brisbane. The Biodiversity areas overlay identifies high ecologically significant areas, biodiversity interface areas, general ecologically significant areas and koala habitat areas to determine the assessment of suitable development in these areas. This overlay will conserve and protect Brisbane’s Greenspace System and avoid impacts to biodiversity values, ecological features and processes.
